Partner with John Essy Ministries
It is your giving that makes this ministry possible.

I would ask that you would consider partnering with us to take the message of God’s unconditional love and grace around the world. Your giving is changing people’s lives, I hear the testimonies and see it on people’s faces all the time. Without the help of generous people like you this would not be possible. There is an interesting principle in the bible that is found in Philippians 4:17 it says that when a person partners financially with a minister preaching the gospel, in the ledger book in heaven, God makes note of it. Not only that; Jesus receives the gift, multiplies what you have given, and gives it back to you. You can click on the link below to give. As you give let’s believe God for multiplication of your gift, and together we can expect an abundant harvest on your behalf.

“Faith is being sure of what we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it”
The bible gives us a definition of what faith is in the book of Hebrews chapter 11, verse 1, but if you just give it a casual read, it may not be very meaningful to you. So let’s look at it little more closely, I think you will find it to be very encouraging. I like the New Century Version translation which says it like this. “Faith is being sure of what we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it”. Hummm “knowing something is real even if we don’t see it” that’s interesting. There is a saying that people use today that says “I’ll believe it when I see it.” The problem with that saying is - that is completely opposite of faith. The definition of faith says; that you believe, even when it can’t be seen. Faith believes that we are righteous even after we sin and can’t see that we are righteous. Faith believes that God is for us even when circumstances tell us differently. Faith believes that the healing power of God is at work in us even when we have symptoms of sickness in our body. So faith believes in something that it cannot see, it knows something is real even if it can’t see it. In order for you to live out that definition of faith you have to know one thing over everything else.
GOD IS FOR YOU!!!
God is for you; not against you – even if you make mistakes and sin, He is still for you. In verse 6 of that same chapter of Hebrews it says. “Without faith no one can please God. Anyone who comes to God must believe that He is real and that He rewards those who truly want to find Him” Did you notice what it didn’t say? It did not say if you live holy enough. It did not say, if you have not sinned. It did not say if you did your devotionals today. It said “believe that He is real and that He rewards…” that is the second part of the definition of faith - God is real and His desire is to reward you. What do you need from God? What is a reward to you? Do you need healing in your body, a financial breakthrough, a healed relationship, what is it? God is pleased when you believe that He is and He wants to reward you – it gives Him pleasure. I don’t know about you but I want to be pleasing to God, so I am going to believe big and expect big things from my big God. You can do the same, He wants you to - He wants to show you how amazing He really is. And just the fact that you believe that God’s desire is to reward you - you will please Him. Let me shake this down or sum it up for you; real faith is believing that God is a good God! Pretty simple isn’t it?
